OFFER PERIOD: Offer begins at 12:00:00p.m. EDT on May 23, 2025 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on June 5, 2025, or while supplies last, whichever is sooner (“Offer Period”).

ELIGIBILITY: Offer open to legal U.S. residents of New Jersey, New York or Pennsylvania, who are 21 years of age or older. YOU MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE VENMO ACCOUNT IN ORDER TO RECEIVE AN OFFER. Employees of Sponsor or their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, alcoholic beverage wholesalers and retailers (collectively, “Promotion Parties”) or any of their immediate family members (e.g., spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses and the “steps” of each, regardless of where they reside) or persons living in the same household of each, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate and receive Offer.

OFFER: Offer will be issued as a $20 electronic payment via Venmo. An active Venmo account is required to receive the Offer. Opening a Venmo account is free. If you do not already have an account, see Venmo.com or the Venmo mobile app to register for a free account. There are 500 Offers available. Once the 500 Offers are exhausted, or at 11:59:59 p.m. ET 6/5/25 (whichever comes first) no more Offers can be issued.

HOW TO RECEIVE AN OFFER: To receive a $20 Offer via Venmo, 1) Take a digital picture of the receipt from your purchase of a daily, weekly or seasonal beach badge purchased in 2025, or save an electronic image of the receipt (“Qualifying Purchase Receipt”). 2) Visit the URL suncruiserbeachfund.com (the “website”). 3) Follow the prompts for uploading an image of your Qualifying Purchase Receipt (“submittal”). You will also be required to answer one question, provide your First & Last Name, date of birth, address, email and the phone number associated with your Venmo account to submit for an Offer. Failure to provide a valid e-mail address and the phone number associated with your Venmo account may result in the forfeiture of Offer. All submittals must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on 6/5/25 or before 500 Offers have been issued. The website will indicate once all Offers have been issued. A Qualifying Purchase Receipt image may only be used once.

Limit of one (1) submittal per receipt and one (1) Offer per person/email/household throughout the Offer Period.

Once your submittal has been verified for eligibility and compliance with these Terms and Conditions, you will receive your Offer as a Venmo payment within 10 days. Submittals that appear to duplicate any other submittals, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, will be void and only the first submittal (based on time/date) will be considered for the Offer. Submittals generated by script, macro or other automated means or in violation of these Terms & Conditions will be void. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a person, participant will be deemed the individual named on the account from which the upload was submitted, and such individual must meet all eligibility requirements set forth herein and otherwise comply with these Terms & Conditions. In the event of non-compliance with any requirements specified herein, submittal will be void. Your submittal constitutes your representation of eligibility, consent to participate in offer and consent for Sponsor to obtain, use, and transfer your name, address, and other information for the purpose of offer administration.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE: No liability or responsibility is assumed by Sponsor, the Promotion Parties, or any of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, governors, owners, distributors, retailers, agents, assignees, advertising agencies, representatives, and agents (“Released Parties”) resulting from participation in or attempt to participate in the Offer or inability to upload or download any information in connection with the Offer. No responsibility or liability is assumed by Sponsor or Promotion Parties for technical problems or technical malfunction arising in connection with any of the following occurrences which may affect the operation of the Offer: Hardware or software errors; faulty computer, telephone, cable, satellite, network, electronic, wireless or Internet connectivity or other online or network communication problems; errors or limitations of any Internet or wireless service providers, servers, hosts or other providers; garbled, jumbled or faulty data transmissions; failure of any online transmissions to be sent or received; lost, late, delayed or intercepted transmissions; inaccessibility of the Website in whole or in part for any reason; traffic congestion on the Internet or the Website; unauthorized human or non-human intervention of the operation of the Offer, including without limitation, unauthorized tampering, hacking, theft, virus, bugs, or worms; or destruction of any aspect of the Offer or loss, miscount, misdirection, inaccessibility or unavailability of an e-mail account used in connection with the Offer. Released Parties are not responsible for any printing, typographical, technical, computer, network or human error which may occur in the administration of the Offer or these Terms & Conditions or in any Offer-related materials. Use of Website is at user’s own risk. Sponsor and Promotion Parties are not responsible for any personal injury or property damage or losses of any kind which may be sustained to user’s or any other person’s computer or Web-enabled device resulting from participation in the Offer.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY: By participating in the Offer and accepting a Venmo payment, participants agree (a) to release Sponsor, the Released Parties from any and all claims, damages or liabilities arising from or relating to such participation in the Offer; (b) under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses; (c) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Offer, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (d) any and all claims, judgments, and award shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, excluding attorneys’ fees and court costs. By accepting an Offer, recipients agree that the Released Parties will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by participant against, any liability for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind to persons or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the Offer or from acceptance, possession, or use of the Offer.

GENERAL: All information submitted online by participant is subject to, and will be treated in a manner consistent with, Sponsor’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy accessible at: www.drinksuncruiser.com/privacy-policy. By participating, you agree (i) to be bound by these terms and conditions and the decisions of Sponsor which are final and binding, and (ii) to release and hold harmless Sponsor, their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions and/or advertising or promotion agencies, individuals or entities responsible for the development, printing, distribution and implementation of this Offer, against any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Offer. Offer is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. If electing to participate in the Offer using a wireless device, entrants are solely responsible for any such wireless charges. Check with your wireless service provider for details on wireless capabilities and any applicable charges. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to entrants’ or to any other person’s computer and/or wireless device related to or resulting from participating in this Offer or downloading materials from or use of the Website. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK ANY AND ALL REMEDIES AVAILABLE FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Offer, as solely determined by Sponsor will be disqualified. Should any portion of the Offer be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by bugs, virus, worms, non-authorized human intervention or other causes, which, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or submission of information, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, suspend or terminate the Offer.

This Offer is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Venmo or PayPal. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding this Promotion shall be directed to Sponsor and not to Venmo or PayPal.
